Inspired by the NIN video clip 'The Perfect Drug' i have been trying to capture a good pose and finally i just got frustrated and started going a little bit mad. Anyway, in my madness i managed to do this image its alot rougher that my last as i really rushed through it while listening to NIN and this is how it turned out. Might just do another slight version sometime soon with more shading but as it is so far it looks neat.

Comments welcome. Oh and people who like my sketches should check out zilla774 and his coloured version my my sketch rustbucket, looks absolutely great for such a rough sketch.

yeah, he did an incredible job on rustbucket. this is a great drawing. you're right about it being rough and not having and incredible amount of value - but thats the way the song is. a good deal of it has a scratchy sound in the background. i think you did a great job pulling off the mood of the song.. i don't know if it would ever look good in color - its so awesome as black and white. salut man, :+fav:.

whoa....thats damn awesome man, its like my fav all time NIN song as well!

Love the pose, the painting reminds me slightly of Undying...for some strange reason

No need to do anything, the picture is good as it is: The roughness "needs to be" there, it's part of the feeling. This image is emotionally very expressive, and the style is an important characteristic.
